Many people wonder what the difference is between a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) arrest and a DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired) arrest. The DWAI acronym is only used in a very few states including Florida, Colorado and New York, and there are not that many differences between a DUI, DWI and DWAI.
